Ossa Shoes has an integrated production facility established on a total closed area of 2.000m², which includes units such as slaughterhouse, workshop and upper workshop. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, this facility has a daily production capacity of 2,000 pairs of shoes with an experienced staff of 100 people. In this way, it aims to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level by realizing fast and high quality production.
Production Facilities
Ossa Shoes' production facilities are built on a total covered area of 2,000m² and include a slaughterhouse, a workshop and an upper workshop. In these integrated facilities, an experienced team of 100 people has a daily production capacity of 2,000 pairs of shoes. Our production process is carried out with a high-tech machine park supported by quality control stages.
In our production facilities, quality and attention to detail are emphasized at every step. In the cutting department, the highest quality leather and other materials are cut and shaped with precision. In this process, the dexterity and meticulousness of our experienced craftsmen guarantee the perfection of our products. In the workshop, the cut pieces are put together and each one is carefully sewn. Our high-tech machines ensure both speed and precision, increasing the efficiency of our production processes.
The upper workshop completes the aesthetic and functional aspects of our shoes. Here, the upper, which we call the upper, is prepared and assembled. Each upper is meticulously examined for both comfort and durability and is subjected to quality control processes. Throughout these stages, we adhere to the principles of continuous improvement and innovation to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
